Perfect for Every Holiday Gathering

From the office party to the family table, everyone's photos end up in one folder.

🏢

Company Holiday Party

Put a QR code on the bar, the entrance and each table so office holiday party photos from every team land in one shared folder. Planning a conference too? See corporate events

🍽️

Team Christmas Dinner

A Christmas party photo QR code on the table card means the whole team adds their shots before dessert arrives.

🎄

Family Christmas at Home

Family Christmas photo sharing without a group chat: cousins, grandparents and in-laws scan once and upload from their own phones.

🕎

Hanukkah Nights Together

Gather Hanukkah party photos from every night of candles, latkes and dreidel games in one place, without chasing anyone afterward.

🦃

Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving

Friendsgiving photos and Thanksgiving dinner snaps from every guest go into one folder you keep, not a dozen different camera rolls.

🎆

New Year's Eve Party

Collect New Year's Eve party photos from the countdown and the toast, then keep them hidden until a reveal the next morning if you like.

How It Works

Built for hosts who are also buying the snacks. Setup fits into a coffee break.

1

Create Your Event

Sign in with Google, name your party and you get a QR code and a shareable link right away. A folder for the event is created in your own Google Drive.

2

Put the QR Code Where People Gather

Print one of our QR sign templates for tables, the bar or the coat rack, or show the code on a screen. You can also paste the link into the invite or the team chat.

3

Guests Scan and Upload

Guests open their phone camera, scan the code and pick their photos and videos, with no app and no sign-up. Everything arrives in your Drive folder, ready to share after the holidays.

Made for Holiday Parties

📱

No App for Guests

Guests scan the code with their phone camera and upload from the browser, with no app to install and no account to create.

📁

Straight to Your Google Drive

Photos and videos go into a folder in your own Google Drive in high quality with no watermarks, so you decide who sees them.

🪧

A QR Sign on Every Table

Pick a ready-made QR sign template and wording that fits the party, then print as many copies as you have tables.

📺 Paid plans

Live Slideshow on the Office Screen

Show new uploads on the big screen or the TV as they arrive, included on every paid plan.

Holiday Party Photo Sharing FAQ

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, and the upload page opens in their browser. They pick their photos and videos and tap upload, with no app, no sign-up and no password.

Who can see the photos?

Every file goes into a folder in your own Google Drive, and you decide whether to share that folder with anyone. Guests can also see a guest gallery of the event's photos. On the Unlimited plan you can hide that gallery completely, or approve each photo before it appears.

How do we handle colleagues who do not want to be photographed?

Say it up front: add a line to the invite and the QR sign asking guests to check before they post a photo of someone. On the Unlimited plan you can approve every photo before others see it, and on any plan you can delete any file from your Drive folder at any time. For more ideas, read our office party privacy guide.

Does it work at a venue with poor Wi-Fi?

Uploads need a connection, either mobile data or Wi-Fi, so a basement bar with no signal will slow things down. Guests can keep taking photos and upload them later from home, as long as your event is still open for uploads. Mention that on the sign so nobody thinks they missed their chance.

Can we use one QR code for several offices or several nights?

Each QR code belongs to one event, and the free Starter plan includes 1 event. If you want a separate folder for each office or each night, every Single Event or Event Plus purchase adds one more event, and Unlimited gives you as many events as you need; see pricing. You can also run one event across several nights if one shared folder suits you.

What happens to the photos after the party?

The files stay in your Google Drive folder for as long as you keep them there. You can pause uploads whenever you are done, resume them if a late photo turns up, and share or download the folder like any other Drive folder.
